Returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order in any way we ask that you email us at hello@mahalavi.com. Most orders can be returned within 28 days of receipt. Items will only be accepted with previous correspondence. If products are returned to us in the condition in which they were sent we will issue a full refund, excluding any delivery fees and a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged items

While we put the utmost care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, however, sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive items that are damaged or defective please email hello@mahalavi.com within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damaged items, as well as packaging, and we will try our best to help.
